How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Johnsonengine Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Johnsonengine Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Involves a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Johnsonengine Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@johnsonengine.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
